The delegation of the Academy visited the Missile escort vessel Ly Thai To, Submarine 184 - Hai Phong, training centers of Brigade 189, etc. These modern facilities of Vietnam People's Navy met the requirements and tasks for national defense in the new situation, contributing to firmly defend the sacred sovereignty of the island.

At the end of the visit, the PPA presented the gifts worth more than 100 million VND for the 4th Regional Command of Navy, Brigade Submarine 189, Brigade146, crew of Ly Thai To vessel, the families of martyrs and navy soldiers. The PPA and the High Command of the Navy also presented souvenirs to strengthening the good relationship and effective cooperation between the two sides in the coming time.
