In recent years, the crime situation in general, economic crimes and drug related crimes in particular have extremely complicated with increasingly sophisticated methods, tactics and tended to operate under tight organization. Therefore, it is necessary to train knowledge for reconnaissance forces on combating economy and drug related crimes in the Public Security force.

The aims of the training course are to raise the awareness of Marxism - Leninism, Ho Chi Minh Thought and the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam in the new era of - theory and reality; add the new issues on law, administrative management of security and some professional issues, etc. This 30-day training course includes the special subjects on combating economy, drug related crimes as well as some topics related to the Criminal Procedure, Criminal Forensic Science. The PPA would arrange the experienced lecturers and invite the leaders of related departments of the MPS, the leaders of the local police departments to teach the expertise for the course.
