Series of events celebrate PPA’s founding anniversary

On November 16, the Faculty of Law under the PPA held a scientific seminar themed "Practical implementation of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code - Issues related to investigation faced by investigation agencies under the Ministry of Public Security".


The scientific seminar themed “Practical implementation of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code”.

The seminar discussed the Criminal Procedure Code as well as lessons from the practical implementaition of the law. 

It contributed to improving PPA staff and students’ knowledge about key provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code and experiences of applying the law to typical criminal cases.

Additionally, the first-ever Golden Bell Competition attracted more than 1000 domestic and international students of all kinds. After the preliminary round, 110 contestants entered the final round.

The contest provided an interesting learning environment for students as they could improve their knowledge of Criminal Procedure Laws via contests. 

The Organizing Committee awards the first prize of the Golden Bell contest to Dinh Thi Kim Thuy, a student of Course D44.

Previously, on November 9, the Faculty of Law successfully organized the Administrative Laws Olympiad for full-time undergraduate students and Lao students studying at the PPA.

The contest aimed to raise students’ knowledge of the Administrative Laws and creative applications of the laws to dealing with administrative violations.
