The Opening Ceremony had the attendance of the Confucian scholars who came from the Huong Nam Art Calligraphy Club. As for the PPA were Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the PPA; Major General, Prof.Dr. Nguyen Van Nhat, Vice President of the PPA; the leaders of all functional units, representatives of mass organizations of the PPA.

On behalf of the Party Committee, Directorate of the PPA, Major General, Dr. Dang Xuan Khang, Vice President of the Academy addressed the Opening Ceremony and warmly praised the initiative along with the cooperation of the functional units, the enthusiastic participation of officers and students, especially the members of Youth Union of the PPA. He confirmed that this was one of the most significant activities during the New Year which reflected the strong response of the youths to the general operations of the PPA.

Calligraphy is a beautiful culture on Tet occasion in Viet Nam

Also at the Ceremony, Secretary of Youth Union of PPA Captain Le Van Tu called for the youths to response the “Tet tree-planting festival” launched by Party Committee, Directorate of the PPA. The aim of that was to make all the courses grow plants at the Academy’s campus, take care of and protect them. Those activities would turn the PPA into the environment of “Green - Clean - Beauty”, deserving as one of the best training institutions of Public Security force in the coming time.

Space for Book show at PPA’s library

Responding to the 2nd Vietnamese Book Day, the Center for Scientific Information and Academic Materials organized Book show with a view to welcoming the 70^th traditional day of Vietnamese Public Security force as well as propagating, cheering on the passion of reading book to every officers and students of the PPA. With the topic “Reading for tomorrow”, the Book show introduced about the art of book decoration with the documents about industrialization, modernization, renovation and development of the country as well as of PPA, especially the scientific research works of the PPA. According to the plan, the Center for Scientific Information and Academic Materials would continue to coordinate with the Youth Union of the PPA and People’s Public Security Publisher to hold “Reading book day” on March 25^th and 26^th, 2015.

After the Opening Ceremony, the leaders, representatives, officers and students attended the activities of poetry Contest, tree-planting festival, planting “Tree of wishes”, writing Calligraphy letters on the campus of PPA’s Temple of Literature.
