Participating in the training course, the trainees will be researched and exchanged the knowledge of annual training management and the credit training system, the organization and implement of the Output Standard Project at the PPA to have the necessary skills of class management and organization during the studying process; have a thorough understanding and apply flexibly the texts and documents of the MPS on student management and education, from that form the practical skills of student management and education under the regulated process; master the  People’s Public Security regulations and skills of commanding and executive the classes under the interior-force regulation, the line-up regulation, the cultural-behaviors rules in the Public Security forces in general and in the PPA in particular.

Speaking at the ceremony, Colonel Tran Minh Chat, Vice President of the PPA required the trainees to try their best, express the qualities of the class leadership in studying as well as in daily life. Besides, he asked in the process of class organization, the class-head teachers and the class monitors to work hard with high sense of responsibility to ensure the class to achieve the highest results.
