Ceremony of propagating and preventing firecrackers of the students of the Course D37 in Nghe An Province.

Besides, the participants were the representatives of CYU of Nghe An province, the CYU of Vinh city, the CYU of Public Security Department of Nghe An Province, the officers working for Nghe An police force, the Youth Union branch of Vinh city and all the students of Le Viet Thuat high school.

In the ceremony, the students of course D37 propagated the Decree 36/2001/ND-CP enforced on July 10th, 2001 about road traffic safety; Decree 36/2009 / ND-CP enforced on April 15th, 2009 about managing and using the firework; Decision 95/2009/QD-TTg enforced on July 17th, 2009 of the Prime Minister about banning on the manufacture, importation, storage, transport, illegal trade, flying "the lantern". Thereby, it contributed to preventing the trade and illegal use of firework, especially in the upcoming Lunar New Year. Moreover, it minimized the negative and serious consequences involving the firecrackers and violation of road traffic safety.

By means of the ceremony, the students of Course D37 had the opportunity to interact and learn more about the law along with propagate its regulations to all students at the high school in Vinh city. On this occasion, the students of People's Police Academy offered many gifts to the disadvantaged students who study excellently at the Le Viet Thuat high school. This activity was very meaningful and full of humanity, impressing the love and compassion of the PPA’s trainees.

Also at the ceremony, the participants signed a commitment on not using, trading and storing the firecrackers and obeying strictly the law on traffic safety on the city’s main roads, which contributes to keeping the social security and safety in the upcoming Tet.
