New academic and theoretical contributions of the
thesis:
1. This thesis clarifies theories on
establishing and employing intelligence agents at detention camps for
investigations on criminal cases related crimes of infringing upon the social
order of the Investigation Police Force on social order related crimes. Especially,
this thesis aims at illuminating cases of using intelligence agents at
detention camps for criminal investigations; characteristics and
responsibilities of intelligence agents at detention camps and the procedures
of establishing and employing intelligence agents at detention camps for
investigations on criminal cases related crimes of infringing upon the social
order of the Investigation Police Force on social order related crimes.
2. This thesis is a dissection of current
situation of social order related crimes, the psychology of offenders in social
order related cases in the scale of southern provinces (between 2006 and June
2014) and current status of establishing and employing intelligence agents at
detention camps for investigations on criminal cases related crimes of
infringing upon the social order of Southern provinces’ Investigation Police
Forces on social order related crimes. Based on the dissection, this thesis
presents analysis on both strong and weak points and the causes of weakness of
establishing and employing intelligence agents at detention camps.
3. Based on the result of studies of this
thesis, it predicts factors that affect the establishment
and employment of
intelligence agents at detention camps for investigations on criminal cases
related crimes of infringing upon the social order of Southern provinces’
Investigation Police Forces on social order related crimes; and proposes
solutions for enhancing the effectiveness of the establishment and employment
of intelligence agents at detention camps for investigations on criminal cases
related crimes of infringing upon the social order of Southern provinces’
Investigation Police Forces on social order related crimes in the coming time.
