2. Set up the theoretical issues of preventing crime and violations of environmental laws in exploiting minerals such as concept, content, legal basis, precaution measures and coordination in the prevention of crimes and violations of environmental laws in exploiting minerals.

3. Survey, analysis, clarify the situation of crimes and violations of environmental laws in exploiting minerals in the North and reality of preventing activity of these crimes and violations in the North according to the functions of anti-environmental crime police force.

4. Forecast the situation of crimes and violations of environmental laws in the North and the factors affecting the prevention activities; give 6 solutions to improve the efficiency of prevent crimes and violations of environmental laws in exploiting minerals in the North in the coming time.
