New academic and theoretical contributions of the PhD thesis:

1. The thesis studies the practical and theoretical issues about criminal features such as concepts, legal signals, criminal structures of robberies and general issues in robbery investigation;

2. The thesis systematically reviews and clarifies theoretical issues about studying, using criminal features of offenses in robbery investigation carried out by Social Order Crime Investigation Police Force, such as: concepts, responsibilities, requirements, conditions, contents, methods and coordination in studying, using criminal features in robbery investigation;

3. The thesis presents fundamental and comprehensive studies on studying, using criminal features of offensesin robbery investigation, such as: analysis of the economic - political - social situations, criminal movements, criminal investigation results and robbery punishments from 2008 to 2014; systematization of criminal features of robberiesfrom 2008 to 2014; survey, analysis and clarification of studying and using criminal features in robbery investigation carried out by Social Order Crime Investigation Police Force from 2008 to 2014. The thesis also presents assessment and evaluation of the results, shortcomingsand limitations of studying and using criminal features in robbery investigation as well as their causes;

4. Thank to synthesizing, analyzing the theoretical, practical issues of studying and using criminal features in robbery investigation and scientific prediction, the thesis also systematizes comprehensively solutions to improve the efficiency of studying and using criminal features in robbery investigation in the future. Each solution focuses on clarifying the contents and requirements in implementation while the solution system reflects the synchronism, the feasibility as well ascomplies with the reality of robbery investigation.
