1. This is the first research
that systematically studies on interrogation of the accused in investigation of
the murder case.
2. This thesis comprehensively
researches, reviews, and commentaries theoretical issues regarding to interrogation
of the accused in investigation of the murder case. The thesis verity the
accused persons in murder investigation and their psychological characteristics; the concept, tasks,
principles and proceduces to conduct an interrogation of the accused in investigation
of the murder case. Through surveys on the status of interrogation
of the accused in investigation of the murder case, this thesis points out the
advantages, disadvantages, limitations and the cause of such limitations from
the side of Investigation police force on social order related crimes in
interrogation of the accused in investigation of the murder case. The forecasts
that are given within this thesis are scientific-based and analyzed from
practical resources. They are important issues that can be used as the basis
for the author to build up solutions aiming to improve the efficiency in
interrogation of the accused in investigation of the murder case.
3. In terms of theory,
the results of this thesis supplements, gradually improves and enriches the
theoretical system in interrogation of the accused in investigation of the
murder case for the Investigation police force on social order related crimes.
4. In terms of
practical, the guidance provided in this thesis can be used as references in
order to help the Investigation police force on social order related crimes in
interrogation of the accused in investigation of the murder case.
The Thesis could be
used as research materials, references, serving for the teaching and learning
in the People's Public Security Training Institutions.
