1. This is the first comprehensive study at the Doctor degree in Vietnam to investigate organized crime related to assets mugging case.

2. The Thesis is to research, access, and emphasize comprehensively on theories of organized crime related to assets mugging and criminal case related to organizational assets mugging. The Thesis has clarified basic theory of investigation on organizational assets mugging case.

3. In respect of theory, the results of the Thesis has contributed additionally, improved gradually, enriched theoretical system of criminal investigations in general and organized crime related to asset mugging case investigation in particular.

4. In respect of reality, the thesis’s instructions could be used as references for the officers who involved in investigation crime directly, crime related to in order to enhance the effectiveness of the investigation of organizational asset mugging case in the future.
