New contribution of thesis:

1.The thesis analysis and clarifies connotative concept, characteristic of   property embezzlement crime in Banking area as well as concept, leagl basis, content, methods and coordination relationship in investigating property embezzlement crime in Banking area of under the function of Economic Police Force.    

2. The thesis provides the scientific conclusions from the actual situation of  property embezzlement crime in Banking area as well as the current condition of activities to prevent the property embezzlement crime in Banking area. Bases on which, the thesis pointed out the strength and weakness during the implementation of Economic Police force in order to investigate property embezzlement crime.

3. The results of the thesis can be applied to research, teaching, material in People’s Police school. Moreover, the results can be used to enhance the quality of investigating property embezzlement crime of Economic Police force in Banking area in particular and Vietnam in general.
