- The thesis has contributed to building and improving the theory system of activities of People’s Procuracy in exercising the right to prosecution and supervision of applying the preventive measures of investigation agency, including the definition of preventive measures, applying the preventive measures, exercising the right to prosecution and supervision of applying the preventive measures of investigation agency. In addition, thesis also shows characteristics, contents, methods and coordinating relationship in exercising the right to prosecution and supervision of applying the preventive measures in steps of investigation.

- The thesis has presented, analyzed, evaluated and summed up the reality of exercising the right to prosecution and supervision of applying the preventive measures of investigation agency, thereby found the exists, limitations and reasons in the process of implementing this activities. There are many reasons, for example: the inadequacies of the law of criminal procedure related to preventive measures and role of People's Procuracy in applying the preventive measures; awareness, quality of procurators; guild and management in the sector; the relationship between People’s Procuracy and investigation agency in implementing the functions and tasks in applying the preventive measures of the People’s Procuracy.

- Thesis has given scientific forecasts, factors which affect to the implementation process of the right to prosecution and supervision of applying the preventive measures of investigation agency. Based on the theories and the reality, the thesis has proposed the feasible and suitable solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of exercising the right to prosecution and supervision of applying the preventive measures of investigation agency in the near future.
