The thesis makes some new contributions as follows:

- Systematisation and analysis to clarify theoretical issues on practising procuracy and prosecution rights on the investigation of criminal cases;

- Clarification of the conception and characters of crimes violating State regulations on economic management; the conception, contents and methods of practising procuracy and prosecution rights on the investigation of criminal cases violating State regulations on economic management;

- A survey and scientific conclusions on crimes violating State regulations on economic management; the status of practising procuracy and prosecution rights on the investigation of criminal cases violating State regulations on economic management in Viet Nam; exact evaluation of the status, its difficulties and obstacles; specific positive aspects, shortcomings, as well as analysis and clarification of reasons for the status;

- Based on theories and status of practising procuracy and prosecution rights on the investigation of criminal cases violating State regulations on economic management which have been researched and analysed, the thesis gives some scientific forecasts on studies and solutions for enhancing the efficiency of practising procuracy and prosecution rights on the investigation of criminal cases violating State regulations on economic management in Viet Nam for the coming time.
