- The thesis enriches and adds new arguments on preventing violation of road traffic safety in particular and crime prevention in general basing on existing scientific thesises and basic arguments.

- Establish a system of scientific arguments on preventing violation of road traffic safety: the concept, features of road traffic safety violation; the concept, features, content, solutions and the cooperation of Traffic police force in preventing traffic safety order crime.

- Basing on the comprehensive survey, analization, assessment about the situation of traffic safety violations in the South Central area; the real situation of preventing traffic safety crime of Traffic Police force, the thesis contains comments, assessments on the achieved results, limitations, problems and states the causes of restrictions and obstacles.

- The thesis gives the forecast for the situation related to preventing traffic safety violation of Traffic police force in South Central provinces and proposes some solutions and recommendations to improve the efficency of prevention activities in the future.
