New contributions of the thesis:
The thesis is a systematical comprehensive scientific research on the activities of Criminal police force in preventing robbery on Highway 1A with the following new features:
1. The thesis builds the theoretical systems of robbery on the highway and preventing crime of robbery on the highway of the Criminal police force. In particular, the thesis clarifies, analyzes the content of prevention activities and systems of measures to prevent robbery on the highway.
2. The thesis surveys data on crime of robbery on Highway 1A in the provinces and cities in the North and analysis to clarify the criminological characteristics of this crime such as: structure, nature and level of danger, personal characteristics of offenders, causes and conditions of the crime of robbery on Highway 1A.
3. The thesis surveys and evaluates the measures of social precaution, professional prevention of the Criminal police force for crimes of robbery on Highway 1A in the provinces and cities in the North. Based on clarifing results of these measures, the thesis showed systematically the good results that should be promoted, the limitations that should be overcomed and its causes in the organization and prevention activities of the Criminal police force.
4. The thesis builds some forecasts related to the prevention of robbery on Highway 1A in the provinces and cities in the North. The author proposes some solutions to contribute to improving the work effectiveness of the Criminal police force in the coming period.
