1. The thesis constructs a system of theories about crime prevention activity for organizing to use illegal drug of drug crime investigation police force in the city under the jurisdiction of the central government. The thesis also clarifies the concept of this kind of drug crime as well as some theritical issues about activity to prevent and against under the function of drug investigation police force.

2. The thesis examines the situation of crime prevention activity for organizing to use illegal drug of drug crime investigation police force in the city under the jurisdiction of the central government. Based on which, it specified the situation of activities about preventing this kind of crime, analysing advantages as well as limitations in the implemention of police force.

3. The thesis gives scientific prediction of crime prevention activity for organizing to use illegal drug of drug crime investigation police force in the city under the jurisdiction of the central government in the future. It also proposes system of solutions contributing to improving activities of preventing on illegal drug using crime of police force.
