1. The thesis is the first scientific work that researches comprehensively, systematically about basic professional task in crime prevention based on function of police force for target protection.
2. The researched results of the thesis contribute to enrich the scientific facts, reveal theory and practice of basic professional task in crime prevention based on function of police force for target protection; suggest to improve the law as well as solution to promote the efficiency of basic professional task in crime prevention based on function of police force for target protection in southern provinces and cities.
3. The thesis has generalized completely the situation of basic investigation task, safe protection of target, special cargos of the Nation according to the functions of police force for target protection in southern provinces and cities from 2009 to December, 2015; thereby, the thesis has pointed to the strengths that need to be brought into play, the disadvantages need to be improved in the implementation of basic professional task and constructed the system of possible solutions in order to contribute to promote quality, efficiency of this work in upcoming period, satisfy the requirements of crime prevention, safely secure targets, special cargos of the country based on function of police force for target protection in the region of southern provinces and cities.
4. The researched results of the thesis have an important meaning to enhance the awareness of the author as well as officers who are obligated to deploy basic professional task and Commander of mobile police, Directors of local Public Security Departments who are responsible for command, inspection, supervising this task; are valuable reference in research and lecture in training institutes of People’s Public Security.
