New contrubutions of the thesis:

1. The thesis studied systematically, comprehensively on the murder by military weapons, explosives and investigation of the cases that the offenders used military weapons and explosives to murder in Vietnam; indicated the contents, methods, order of investigative activities, coordinating relations and directions in the investigation process.

2. The thesis clarified the reality of investigating the extremely serious murder cases used military weapons and explosives; thereby, commented, assessed the strong points and weak points and its causes in the practical investigation of this  crime.

3. The thesis basically forecasted the development of this type of crime in the coming time; at the same time made the recommendations and proposed the solutions to improve the efficiency of investigating murder by military weapons and explosives according to functions of the criminal police force.

The results of thesis have the scientific value, can be used in the process of research, teaching, compiling textbooks, references in the training institutions of the Public Security force.
