New contributions of the thesis:

- The thesis explains, supplement and perfects the theories of the practices of the People's Procuracy in supervising the reception and resolution of denouncement and crime reports by Investigation Agency. The theories include concepts, characteristics, competence, content, organization methodology coordination between authorities in supervising the reception and resolution of denouncement and crime reports.

 - The thesis make a survey and draws scientific conclusions about the current reality of the People's Procuracy in supervising the reception and resolution of denouncement and crime reports by Investigation Agency. The study also conducts a proper evaluation of the authentic practices and problems in supervising the reception and resolution of denouncement and crime reports in our country at the present time; points out the outcomes as well as the limitations; specifies and analyzes the causes of such practices.

- On the basis of the theoretical blackground and the findings of the research, the thesis makes some scientific predictions about the studied issuesand suggetsts some solutions to improve the practices of the People's Procuracy in supervising the reception and resolution of denouncement and crime reports by Investigation Agency in the near future.
