New contrubutions of the thesis:

1. The thesis is the first work mentioning and researching deeply, comprehensively theoretics of the Police force investigating drug-related crimes and border defence soldiers force in the process of struggling to prevent, oppose against drug-related crimes in the border areas in general and applying to the real life in the border of the Middle area in particular.

2. By investigation of the real situations in the co-ordinative relationship of the two forces in struggling to prevent, oppose against drug-related crimes, the thesis indicated the strong points, weak points as well as the reason of the weak points in that co-ordinative relationship. The content of the forecast that the thesis mentioned is scientific and correct; it is the foundation for the author to set up solutions, contribute to enhance effectiveness in the co-ordinative relationship of preventing and opposing against rug-related crimes in the border areas of Middle provinces.

3. The findings of the thesis have contributed to supplement and complete the theoretics of the co-ordinative relationship, providing the concept, description, legal base, principle, content and method of the co-ordinative relationship, etc. The real experiences summarized, assessed in the thesis as well as the solutions of the thesis shall support the Police force investigating drug-related crimes and border defence force in preventing, opposing against drugs, researching, applying in the real situations to enhance the effectiveness of preventing, opposing against drug-related crimes.

The thesis is able to be use as the reference document, supporting to teaching, studying in the People’s Police institutions./.
