- The thesis is a scientific work that systematically and relatively comprehensively studies the theory and practice of state management of security and order in areas with a high concentration of Catholic followers according to the functions of district-level police. The research content, including the analysis, evaluation, and conclusions, can be considered the new contributions of the thesis, specifically:

- The thesis develops the concept and characteristics of state management of security and order in areas with a high concentration of Catholic followers according to the functions of district-level police. It analyzes and clarifies the legal basis for state management of security and order in these areas. The thesis also elaborates on the content and measures of state management of security and order in areas with a high concentration of Catholic followers according to the functions of district-level police. Through this, it contributes to supplementing and developing the theory of state management of security and order according to the functions of district-level police in particular, and of the People's Police force in general.

- The thesis uses specific research methods to survey, analyze, and clarify the situation and characteristics of district-level areas in the North-Central provinces with a high concentration of Catholic followers. It objectively evaluates the current state of state management of security and order in these areas by district-level police from 2014 to the end of 2024. Based on this, the thesis draws scientifically grounded conclusions about the strengths, limitations, shortcomings, and the causes of these limitations and shortcomings in the state management of security and order in areas with a high concentration of Catholic followers in the North-Central provinces according to the functions of district-level police...

- Based on the results of analyzing and evaluating the current situation, the thesis proposes practical solutions to improve the effectiveness of state management of security and order in areas with a high concentration of Catholic followers in the North-Central provinces by district-level police. Through this, the thesis can be used as a reference material for state management of security and order in areas with a high concentration of Catholic followers by local police in similar regions in the future.
