2. On the basis of surveying and analyzing the real situation of building and using informants in special operations of Counter Narcotics Police force, some remarks and evaluations of strong points and drawbacks are also mentioned which accompanies by reasons for those drawbacks.
3. Some predictions on the trend of incoming crimes and factors affecting the effect of building and using informants in special operations of Counter Narcotics Police force are took into consideration.
