1. The thesis is the first comprehensive, systematic and in-depth research work in Vietnam on building team of judicial experts in the People's Public Security force both in terms of theory and practice.

2. The thesis synthesizes and develops a number of new theoretical issues about the team of judicial experts in the People's Public Security force. On that basis, the thesis develops and forms a basic theory on building team of judicial experts in the People's Public Security force, specifically: concepts, characteristics, goals, roles; legal basis, principles, content and methods; Leadership, direction, coordination and international cooperation in building team of judicial experts in the People's Public Security force.

3. The thesis analyzes and clarifies the current situation of building team of judicial experts in the People's Public Security force according to the functions of the Forensic Science force. Point out the advantages, limitations, and causes of limitations in building team of judicial experts in the People's Public Security force from 2013 to the end of 2023.
