1. The thesis has systematized the contents related to the management of high-risk criminal offenders in documents and scientific research works nationwide and worldwide. Thereby, the thesis has built, supplemented and improved theoretical issues about the management of high-risk criminal offenders of the Criminal Police Force in crime prevention and control.

2. The thesis has surveyed and studied the situation of high-risk criminal offenders in Vietnam in recent years and the current facts of the management of high-risk criminal offenders of the Criminal Police Force in crime prevention and control offense. This thesis also assesses advantages, achieved results, limitations, shortcomings, and causes of limitations and shortcomings in the management of high-risk criminal offenders of the Criminal Police Force in the war against crime.

3. Based on key findings, the thesis has forecasted the facts of high-risk criminal offenders and factors affecting the management of these people of the Criminal Police Force in the fight against crime. The thesis has recommended several solutions to improve the effectiveness of the management of high-risk criminal offenders of the Criminal Police Force in crime prevention and control in the coming time.
