New contributions of the thesis:
1. The thesis analysis and clarifies connotative concept, characteristic of murder robbery crime as well as concept, leagl basis, content, methods and coordination relationship in murder robbery crime prevention under the function of criminal investigation police force.
2. The thesis provides the scientific conclusions from the actual situation of murder robbery crimes from 2005 to 2016 as well as the current condition of activities to prevent the murder robbery crime.
3. Bases on which, the thesis pointed out the strength and weakness during the implementation of police force in order to investigate murder robbery crime crime.
4. The results of the thesis can be applied to research, teaching, material in People’s Police school. Moreover, the results can be used to enhance the quality of murder robbery crime prevention activities of investigation police force in Vietnam.
