New contribution of thesis:

1. This thesis is the first research project about theory and practice in a comprehensive, systematic, and in-depth manner on prevention of details criminal type: Ownership violation related crime of the People's Courts. The thesis has built the concept, characteristics; common perceptions of Ownership violation related crime and theories of prevention of Ownership violation related crime under the function of the People's Courts. This is the knowledge that contributes to supplement and perfect the theoretical system of crime prevention in general, prevention of Ownership violation related crime in particular of the system of the People's Courts.

2. The thesis have analyzed and showed the specification of criminology and legal specification of ownership violation related crime in 10 years (2006-2016), at the same time, also analyzed, reasoned, evaluated the real status of process of preventing the Ownership violation related crime under the function of the People’s Courts in recent years under different fields: organizational structure, detail prevention solutions and corporation relationship between the People’s Courts and other subjects in prevention of Ownership violation related crime.

3. Though the activities of the People’s Courts, especially judging activities of Ownership violation related crime, directly discovered the weakness of management activities of government, citizen and private person in order to give out effective prevention solution.
