The thesis studies fundamentally and comprehensively the practical issue on state management of prison sentence enforcement under the function of the Criminal Sentence Enforcement and Judicial Assistance Police Force, including: Organization, legal issues, profession, facility equipment, coordination relationship, international cooperation, etc.

3.
