New contributions of the thesis:
The thesis is a systematic research work on the management of printing business according to the function of the police force of social order administrative management with the following new points:

1. This is the first scientific work studying deeply in both theoretical and practical aspects about State management of security and order of printing business according to the function of the police force of social order administrative management. The researcher has synthesized, supplemented, and improved the theory of State management of security and order of printing business according to the function of the police force of social order administrative management. Besides, several new and previously unpublished issues have been discovered.

2. The author has made an in-depth assessment of the current situation about State management of security and order of printing business according to the function of the police force of social order administrative management during the last years. The Ph.D student has made comments and assessments, clearly identified their advantages, existence, limitations, and causes, which hadn’t been done before. Several new issues have also been pointed out such as new tricks of criminals, new scientific products and techniques that bad persons exploit to print or break the rules, the emergence of illegal printing, typical cases, or administrative violations related to printing services.

3. The thesis has made scientific forecasts on the factors affecting State management of security and order of printing business according to the function of the police force of social order administrative management in the coming years. The most important solutions to improve the efficiency of this work have been discovered and explained clearly based on the theoretical analysis and current situation. In each proposed solution, the author has analyzed new tactics, implementation methods, as well as completely new ones to enhance the efficiency of State management of security and order of printing business according to the function of the police force of social order administrative management.
