1. The thesis is the first systematical research on drug-related crimes prevention in hotspots; clarifying the concepts of activities of Police for narcotic crime investigation in drug-related crimes prevention in hotspots in Northern mountainous provinces; legal basis, content, methods and cooperation in drug-related crimes prevention in hotspots in Northern mountainous provinces.
2. The thesis clearly states the actual situation of activities of Police for narcotic crime investigation in drug-related crimes prevention in hotspots in Northern mountainous provinces from 2010 to the end of December 2020; points out the strengths, limitations, and shortcomings as well causes of those limitations and shortcomings during the implementation of these crimes prevention and deterrance.
3. Based on the theoretical foundation and the results of analysis and assessment of the current situation, the thesis forecasts the drug related crimes situation in the coming time, factors affecting to activities of Police for narcotic crime investigation in drug-related crimes prevention in hotspots in Northern mountainous provinces. On that basis, the thesis proposes practical and feasible solutions in drug related crimes prevention and deterrance in hotspots in Northern mountainous provinces.
