1. The thesis supplements a number of theoretical issues about the administrative procedure reform in sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of road traffic order and safety of the Traffic Police force such as: Concepts, features and principles of administrative procedure reform in sanctioning of administrative violations of road traffic order and safety of the Traffic Police force; contents and requests for administrative procedure reform in the sanctioning of administrative violations of road traffic order and safety of the Traffic Police force; measures and assignment, decentralization and coordination for the administrative procedure reform in sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of the road traffic safety force of the Traffic Police force.

2. The thesis surveys, analyzes the administrative procedure in sanctioning of administrative violations in the field of road traffic safety according to the functions of the Traffic Police force.

3. The thesis assesses objectively the current situation of administrative procedure reform in sanctioning of administrative violations of road traffic order and safety of the Traffic Police force in the recent years. It is the basis to make comments and evaluate the achieved results, limitations, shortcomings as well as the causes of the limitations and shortcomings in this activity during the past time.

4. The thesis gives scientific forecasts on issues relating to the administrative procedure reform in sanctioning of administrative violations of road traffic order and safety, proposes a number of systematic, comprehensive and feasible solutions to improve the efficiency of administrative procedures reform in sanctioning of administrative violations of road traffic order and safety of the Traffic Police force in the coming time.
