1. The thesis analyzes the provisions of law and the theoretical system related to crime of intentionally inflicts to inflict bodily harm upon another committed by persons under the age of 18. The thesis clarifies the basic theory of preventing crime of intentionally inflicts to inflict bodily harm upon another committed by persons under the age of 18 according to the function of the Criminal Police, including: Concept, role and characteristics of preventing crime of intentionally inflicts to inflict bodily harm upon another committed by persons under the age of 18; legal basis, content, measures, subjects and coordination in preventing this type of crime.

2. The thesis offers some research results on relevant situation, such as: Characteristics, organizational models and quantity of the Criminal Police at all levels; the situation and characteristics of intentionally inflicts to inflict bodily harm upon another committed by persons under the age of 18 during the period from 2010 to 2020 including: happenings, structure of crime and profile of persons under the age of 18 committed crime. This is the practical basis for situation and measures assessment to prevent crime of intentionally inflicts to inflict bodily harm upon another committed by persons under the age of 18. Moreover, the thesis points out advantages and shortcomings as well as its reasons in preventing crime of intentionally inflicts to inflict bodily harm upon another committed by persons under the age of 18 according to the function of the Criminal Police.

3. On the basis of theory and reality of preventing crime of intentionally inflicts to inflict bodily harm upon another committed by persons under the age of 18, the thesis provides scientific forecasts and a number of measures to improve the efficiency of preventing crime of intentionally inflicts to inflict bodily harm upon another committed by persons under the age of 18 according to the function of the Criminal Police.
