New contributions of the thesis:

1. The thesis is the initial work of systematic and fairly comprehensive research on armed activities to protect important objectives of the Mobile Police force in both theoretical and practical aspects. Thereby, bring the more scientific awareness of the position, function and role of the Mobile Police in organizing and conducting the armed activities to protect important targets, contributing to ensuring security and order in the new situation.

2. This is the first work that systematically researched on the theoretical issues relating to the armed operations to protect the important objectives of the mobile police force from the perspective of science and technology management of security and order. The thesis also thoroughly grasps and updates the renovative issues in state management science on security and order, especially new issues in the system of legal documents, the guiding viewpoints of the party and state and of the public security in the task of ensuring security and order, of building and strengthening the entire public security in general, and the Mobile Police in particular.

3. The thesis is also the first work that has researched, surveyed and evaluated in a comprehensive and in-depth way the practice of organizing and conducting the armed activities to protect important objectives of the Mobile Police force  from 2010 to 2020; points out scientific arguments, comments and conclusions through convincing evidences. Thereby, the thesis provides the practical information, contributing to supplementing theory and renewing leadership, direction and organization of the task of protecting important objectives of the Mobile Police force in the current situation.

4. The thesis is a work that has approached and pointed out the factors and risks that affect and influence the armed activities to protect important targets, especially the conspiracies and tricks of criminals currently; clarif requirements and demands from actual armed activities to protect important targets in terms of legality, professionalism, organization and equipment. At the same time, the thesis builds a system of synchronous and feasible solutions to improve the effectiveness of armed activities to protect important targets of the Mobile Police force, contributing to protecting national security, ensuring national security, social order and safety in new situations.
