2. The thesis examines, analyzes and points out the criminal characteristics of illegal transport and deal in narcotic substances via seaports such as: Crime situation, personal characteristics of the offenders; methods and tricks of criminals; causes and conditions.

3. The thesis evaluates objectively the activities of preventing illegal transport and deal in narcotic substances via seaports based on the function of Police for narcotic crime investigation, commenting and evaluating the achieved results, limitations and shortcomings as well as the cause of the limitations and shortcomings in this activity.
