1.    The dissertation is an intensive research in detection and investigation of property fraudulent appropriation in banking sector of of the Police Force of Economics. On the basis of achieved results, the desertation contributes to building, supplementing and completing the theories of this operation.
2. The dissertation presents a systematic research to clarify theorical aspects on banking sector and analyse fundamental characteristics of banking sector, concept and legal characteristics of criminals of property fraudulent appropriation, these issues needing explanations in fraudulent cases. Meanwhile, the author inherits theories on detection and investigation of other scientists to put forward the concept of detection and investigation of crimes of the property fraudulent appropriation in the banking sector and build arguments for measures to detect and investigate criminals of property fraudulent appropriation in the banking sector of the Police force of Economics and co-operations in detection and investigation.
3. The dissertation is an fundamental and comprehensive  study in practical situation, advantages and shortcomings of banking operations in recent years related to detection and investigation of criminals of property fraudulent appropriation, he authors focuses on researching and surveying the operating situation of criminals of property fraudulent appropriation in the banking sector. The author analyzes developments of crimes from 2005 to the first six months of 2015 and outlines characteristics of criminal offenses such as subjects’ characteristics; characteristics of tricks; characteristics of criminal areas; characteristics of the appropriated properties and assets; surveying the actual situation of the organizational structure; appointing officials to detect and investigate; the actual situation of the application of measures in the detection and investigation of the property fraudulent appropriation crimes; the actual situation of the cooperation among the Police Force of Economics to deal with the property fraudulent appropriation crimes. Based on these findings, the dissertation has put forward its evaluation of the strengths and achievements of the detection and investigation of the property fraudulent appropriation crimes in banking sector of the Police Force of Economics in the recent time as well as analyzed the problems and issues of these activities and concluded main causes of these problems and issues.
4. The dissertation has put forward its predictions of the actual situation of the property fraudulent appropriation crimes in banking sector in the upcoming time and the factors affecting the detection and investigation. Based on these findings, the dissertation has put forward six groups of solutions in order to improve the effectiveness of the detection and investigation of the Police Force of Economics.
