1. Adding and completing theories on crime in youth from ethnic minorities and activities to prevent this crime. Continuing to confirm in terms of theory for effective crime prevention to promote the role of the whole political system with the pivotal role of the People’s Police Force.

2. Reviewing the current status of crime in youth from ethnic minorities and activities of stakeholders in preventing the crime. Analyzing and evaluating the criminology characteristics of the crime in youths from ethnic minorities to clarify the structure of crime in in youths from ethnic minorities. Since then, assessing the performance of the stakeholders, mechanism for coordination activities to prevent crimes in youths from ethnic minorities.

3. Analyzing to predict crime situation in youths from ethnic minorities in Ha Giang Province in the coming time, the impact on crime prevention activities. Hence, giving the solutions to continue to improve the efficiency of crime prevention in youth from ethnic minorities in Ha Giang Province.
