New contributions of the thesis:

1. This dissertation has researched inspectoral activities systematically about law observance in criminal case investigation of Investigation Police Agency. The concept of law violation in criminal case investigation and inspectoral activity about law observance in criminal case investigation of Police Agency Investigation has been made more obvious. Moreover, it has pointed out characteristics, legal basis, content, method and procedure of implementing inspectoral activities about law observance in criminal case investigation of Investigation Police Agency.

2. This dissertation has analyzed and pointed out the reality of implementing criminal case investigation and law violation in investigating criminal case of Investigation Police Agency from 2005 to 2014.

3. The actual situation of inspectoral activities about law observance in investigating criminal case of Investigation Police Agency has been analyzed in this dissertation. Furthermore, this dissertation has provided the author’s assessment about advantages and disadvantages as well as pointed out the reasons of challenges in organizing inspectoral activities about law observance in criminal case investigation of Investigation Police Agency.

4. This dissertation has provided many practical methods in order to enhance the effectiveness of inspecting law observance in criminal case investigation of Investigation Police Agency, and contributed in completing theoretical and practical system about investigating criminal case of Investigation Police Agency.
