- The thesis has contributed to build the theoretical system of precinct police activities support to investigate the criminal cases; to further clarify some theoretical issues in terms of criminology and criminal investigation as: concept, content, methods and coordination relationship of police precinct in the operation to assist the investigation of the criminal cases.

- Assessment of the status of the precinct police activities support investigation of criminal cases on the Southern provinces and cities from 2006 to the first 6 months of 2015 on the following aspects: organization of Precinct Police; the status of their activities support to investigate the criminal cases; the advantages, limitations and shortcomings; the cause of the limitations, lack of support action on investigation criminal cases of Precinct Police.

- Given the forecast related to the operation of the Precinct Police in the future and suggest solutions to improve operational efficiency of the Precinct Police to support to investigate the criminal case on the Southern provinces and cities.
