New contributions of the thesis:
This is the first scientific work that researched comprehensively and systematically on the basic investigation in routes of the police force for drug crime investigation. On the basis of inheriting some related scientific works, the thesis added some new contents such as:
- Gather, build the system of scientific arguments about concepts of route; concept, features of basic investigation in routes of the police force for drug crime investigation; point out the purposes, requirements, contents, methods and coordinative relations in the basic investigation in routes of the police force for drug crime investigation, as a basis for the correct understanding of this activity.
- Survey and analyze the characteristics and situation of the complex key routes on drug in Vietnam, the results of the fight against drug-related crimes in routes and the situation of the basic investigation in routes of the police force for drug crime investigation; assess the advantages, shortcomings, limitations and the causes of these limitations in the basic investigation in routes.
- Forecast the complex key routes on drug and the situation of drug-related crimes on the complex key routes in Vietnam in the near future; advantages and disadvantages that impact, affect the basic investigation in routes of the police force for drug crime investigation. On that basis, the thesis proposed some specific measures to enhance the effectiveness of basic investigation in routes of the police force for drug crime investigation to meet the requirements and tasks of this work in the new situation.
These results of the thesis have the scientific value, can be used in the process of research, teaching, compiling textbooks, references in the police training institutions.
