1. Recognizing in the theoretical show that there have been some studies on specific crimes relate to the property infringement crimes (burglary, robbery, fraud...) all over the time but not have any depth and generality research to deal with the prevention activities by functions of Criminal investigation police force in preventing property infringement crimes in Hanoi. This is the first research deal with the subject above.

2. The Thesis clarified and awareness unifies the legal of the property infringement crimes in the most common characteristic of this type of crime    .

3. The Thesis clarified theoretical awareness about the Activities of the Criminal investigation police force in preventing property infringement crimes, include: concept, characteristics, legal basis, principles, contents, methods, assignment of responsibilities and coordination relationships of the Criminal investigation police force in preventing property infringement.

4. The Thesis has surveyed, analyzed, synthesized and assessed the situation property infringement crimes in Hanoi in terms of criminology characteristics of this type of crime.
