According to functions of the police force of administrative management on social order of Hanoi city, state management of security and order on the operation of karaoke, massage and dance hall in many recent years has still remained some certain obstacles and restrictions that need to be studied an clarfied. The thesis is the first research project which has a relatively comprehensive system of theoretical and practical activities of state management of security and order by the police force of administrative management on social order, such as: concepts, roles, characteristics, contents, form, conducted measures an relationship of co-ordination between the police force of administrative management on social order and other forces in state management of security and order on the operation of karaoke, massage and dance hall.

With actual and abundant figures, the thesis has assessed the current reality of state management of security and order on the operation of karaoke, massage and dance hall of the police force of administrative management on social order between 2009 an 2015.
