1. The thesis is the first project which studies deeply about prevention activities for crime of resisting a law enforcement officer from performing of the official duties under the function of traffic police, such as: definition, legal status, characteristic of crime of resisting a law enforcement officer from performing of the official duties under the function of traffic police.

2. The thesis analyses, evaluates comprehensively about the fact of prevention activities for crime of resisting a law enforcement officer from performing of the official duties under the function of traffic police; Therefore, it also points out characteristic of this kind of crime in Vietnam in the recent years.

3. The thesis provides the strengths, shortcomings and the cause of the thesis, whereby the traffic police could repair to improve the effectiveness of prevention activities for crime of resisting a law enforcement officer from performing of the official duties under the function of traffic police in the near future.
