New contributions of the thesis:

 1. In order to investigate, discover and remove illegal drug stockpiling, transporting, trading, the police force of drug - related crimes investigation   should combine some professional measures including informant type 3. Practical use of this measure has received efficiency in the investigation of illegal drug stockpiling, transporting, trading crimes. However, the building and management of informant type 3 in the past few years has revealed many limitations.

2. This is an in-depth study on building and using informant type 3 in investigating illegal drug stockpiling, transporting, and trading of police force of drug - related crimes investigation. The thesis has supplemented and contributed to improve the theoretical system to build and use informant type 3 of the drug - related crimes investigation police to apply in practice... Through surveying the real situation of building and using informant type 3, the thesis has pointed out the results, advantages as well as limitations, shortcomings and causes of shortcomings.

3. The thesis has analyzed and based on the scientific basis derived from reality. These are important issues to develop the solution system to improve the efficiency of building and using informant type 3 in building and using informant type 3 in investigating illegal drug stockpiling, transporting, and trading of police force of drug - related crimes investigation.
