1. The research purposes of thesis:  systematizes and analyzes to further clarify the theoretical issues on activities on the inspection and assessment of evidences by the People’s Procuracies of all levels in the investigation and prosecution of cases of infringing upon ownership rights possessing the nature of appropriation on a national scale; To conduct surveys and assess the actual situation of inspection and assessment of evidence; Review and evaluate the advantages, limitations, shortcomings and causes. Proposing measures to improve the effectiveness of the inspection and assessment of evidence when exercising the function of exercising the right to prosecution-to supervise the investigation- to supervise the adjudication Cases of infringement of property are appropriated next time.
