- The thesis contributes to perfect and systematize the theoretical issues on crime prevention of the Administration management on social order police force. It also have been elaborated and supplemented the concepts, characteristics, legal basis, contents, measures and coordination relations on crime prevention of the Administration management on social order police force.

- The thesis evaluates in systematic and comprehensive manner the related characteristics such as: the geographical characteristic situations and population; economic and social situation; security situation; the organization situation of the Administration management on social order police force. At the same time, the thesis assesses the reality crime prevention of the Administration management on social order police force. Evaluates the results, limitations and shortcomings and finds out the causes of limitations and shortcomings on crime prevention of the Administrative management on social order Police force.

- The thesis provides scientific forecasts on the affect factors to the crime prevention of the Administration management on social order police force in the coming time and proposes the practical and feasible scientific solution in order to improve the crime prevention effectiveness of the Administration management on social order police force.
