The thesis is a
scientific work that researches systematically and comprehensively about patrolling
and controlling activities of the Traffic police force to the operation of
passenger transport by car on highways in the Vietnam Northern provinces and
cities with the following new features:
1. The thesis adds,
completes some theoretical issues about patrolling, controlling of the traffic
police force as: concept, features of patrolling and controlling to activities
of passenger transport by car according to the function of the traffic police
force; requirements and tasks; content, methods of patrolling and controlling;
assignment and coordination relations between the traffic police force with
other forces in mission of patrolling and controlling to operation of passenger
transport by car on highways of Northern provinces and cities in Vietnam
2. The thesis researches,
analyses, clarifies the situation of patrolling and controlling by Traffic
police force in recent years; clearly identifies the advantages, limitations
and shortcomings in the partrolling, controlling by traffic police force and
explains the causes of the shortcomings and limitations.
3. On the basis of
surveys, the thesis predicts some issues related to the patrolling and
controlling by traffic police force; sets out the measures to improve the
efficiency of the work of patrolling and controlling by traffic police force in
the near future.
