New contributions of the thesis:
The thesis is the first research project that brings a brief,
systematic and relatively comprehensive perspective of the state management over
security and order on the Management of prisoners serving on drug-related
crimes in prisons under the Ministry
of Public Security.
1. The thesis clarifies the theory of the management
of prisoners serving on drug-related crimes in prisons under the
Ministry of Public Security such as:
Concept, characteristics, requirement, legal basis, responsibility assignment, coordination
relationship, contents and management measure of this prisoners. The thesis
supplements and improves scientific arguments from the research of the
management of prisoners serving on drug-related crimes in prisons in respects
of legal aspect, measure, content and professional method and implementation.
2. To concentrate on
comprehensively evaluating the reality
of the management of prisoners serving on drug-related crimes in prisons in
which to focus on analyzing, assessing the situation, the characteristics of
prisoners serving on drug-related crimes, the practice of carrying out the forms
and measures of the management of prisoners serving on drug-related crimes in
prisons under the Ministry of Public Security from 2010 to 2017; the thesis
clearly points out the achieved results, the limitations and restrictions and
the causes of such issues in the management
of prisoners serving on drug-related crimes. On the basis of the research
results, the author forecasts the situation and develops solutions to improve
the effectiveness of the management of prisoners serving on drug-related crimes
in prisons, actively serving the management and rehabilitation of prisoners,
contributing to the prevention of and fight against crimes in this period of
time.
3. The research of this thesis contributes to
developing scientific instructions for the practical activities and is the
reference to be used for studying, researching, teaching professional subjects
in People’s Police Academies, Universities and Schools, contributing to
enriching the professional theories.
