2. The thesis analyzes and clarifies the objects, competent subjects, contents, sequence and activities of coordinating in settlement of complaints and denunciations in the state management on security and order. The thesis also analyzes and clarifies the sequence of denunciations in the state management on security and order to deal with denunciations by competent agencies and persons in state management on security and order.

3. The thesis proposes 6 solutions and 2 recommendations to improve the efficiency of resolving the complaints and denunciations in the state management on security and order of Hanoi Police to enhance the effectiveness in settlement of complaints and denunciations in the state management on security and order in the coming time.
