In the PPA, There were Major General, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Yem, director of the PPA, representative leaders of International cooperation Department, Faculties, Divisions, Departments, Centres of PPA welcomed and worked with Delegations.

          At the working session, Delegations of Home affairs Ministry of Russia heard a brief overview about organization model of PPA, international cooperation situation and activities of the PPA with other countries in recent times. Two parties also researched, exchanged and found out training cooperation opportunities in the future.

Working session takes place formally and openly

          Spoke at the working session, Colonel Ignatovp represented University of Moscow appreciated the quality of learning and training of PPA students that have been studying in PPA. They really are a good example for other foreign students to study hard and emulate. Mr Ignatov confirmed that PPA always give the best learning conditions for staffs and students.

          Head of the delegations, Major General Yury agreed with the above opinion and confirmed that Home affairs Ministry of Russia always have the strong support to Public Security Ministry of Vietnam and PPA, and hoped that will have more students and staffs of PPA go to study and improve not only in the University of Moscow but also in academies, schools and other institutions of  Home affairs Ministry of Russia in near future.

          Representative Leadership of PPA, Major General Director of PPA thanked about attention, help of Home affairs Ministry of Russia and University of Moscow for PPA, Director confirmed staffs, students of PPA woked and studied in Russian, they have been promoting their forte, affirming capacities, working with high specialization. Director also suggested PPA will send delegations to visit in next time with the consent of leaders of Public Security Ministry and will sign the Memorandum of Cooperation in training between PPA and University of Moscow. This will be marked a new event  about history development of relationships between two parties.

          During staying time in Vietnam, Delegations of Home affairs Ministry of Russia visited the world heritage Ha Long Bay, Bat Trang traditional village and some other scenic spots in Hanoi.
