Students of Joint Master’s Degree Program on Justice Leadership between University of Maryland and PPA learns and defends draft of graduation thesis at USA
Deputy President of Maryland University met Maryland students
Between the dates of 1st-10th, June, 2012, the PPA coordinated with the Project 156 Office, the Central Organization Board and the Maryland University held travel for 38 students of the Joint Master’s Degree Program on Justice Leadership between University of Maryland and PPA so as to learn and defend draft of graduation thesis at USA.At this time, the Maryland University will manage; arrange learning schedule of the students. Concretely, the students will learn and research in class, finish the draft of graduation thesis, and then hand in instructor to remark and correct. Before return Vietnam, the students have to defend draft of graduation thesis before the examiner board of the Criminal Justice Faculty. After being approved by the board, the students will return their country to finish the thesis and defend it in Vietnam in the form of the video conference.
 
 The Maryland students visited the New York Police Office

During the time in the USA, the students met and discussed with leaders and teachers of the Maryland University, visited some units relating to their learning specialty. Outside learning hours, the students held extra activities such as exchanging art performance, sport, visiting museum, beauty spots in the USA. Besides, the students also visited home of some teachers who used to go to the PPA for teaching them.
 
 The Maryland students visited the Justice Institute within the USA Ministry of Justice

According to the schedule, the student delegation will return Vietnam on 10th, June, 2012.
